Nami Sakai

Nami Sakai is a global transformation consultant, coach, and facilitator dedicated to fostering mutual understanding, collective learning, and collaborative problem-solving.

Through her consulting practice, JPN Dynamix Inc., and her extensive experience in both the United States and Japan, Nami helps Japanese and multinational organizations navigate complex transformation and global collaboration.

Nami holds a Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s degree from New York University, and began her career in New York before returning to Japan to work across global organizations.

​

She is also the founder of Kaizen Circle, a dialogue-based social innovation platform that invites people to come together to reflect on social challenges, exchange perspectives, and explore new possibilities.

Across her work, Nami brings people, organizations, and communities into meaningful conversation to reflect, communicate, and evolve toward a better society.

She currently splits her time between Japan and Australia.
